Wonderful hole in the wall. Peruvian. Ordered the lunch special but it was way to big for even two! Unfortunately our tour of the Palacio Barolo was starting in a few minutes so we asked if we could come back for it. Our waiter, Gaston, asked if we wanted to come back and finish the rest. So we had our delicious feast in two settings and could have easily invited 4 more guests! The salad was fresh with a tasty light dressing, the Peruvian whole chicken perfectly cooked, the papas fritas hot and crunchy on the outside and soft inside. Finally, the fried rice with chorizo was the best I have ever had-and we missed this on the first meal. If visiting Palacio Barolo in Congeso Tribinales do not miss it. The green sauce (cilantro?) Packed a bit of heat and great for dipping. So glad we stopped in, twice!
